(You need a Britbox subscription to see this show on Amazon Prime.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s the original recipe for this dish on his website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"772\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mikikosmado.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/salmon-pasta-pan-84kb-1024x772.jpg\" alt=\"Jamie Oliver's Salmon Pasta \" class=\"wp-image-2614\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mikikosmado.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/salmon-pasta-pan-84kb-980x739.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.mikikosmado.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/salmon-pasta-pan-84kb-480x362.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Jamie Oliver's Salmon Pasta <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jamieoliver.com\/recipes\/pasta-recipes\/smoked-salmon-pasta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">Jamie\u2019s Smoked Salmon Pasta Recipe<\/a><\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Original Ingredients<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>125 g fresh lasagne sheets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 spring onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g spinach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 g smoked salmon (2 slices)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd a lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon cottage cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optional: extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Smoked Salmon Pasta \u00e0 la Miki<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I substitute a few ingredients to make this dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lasagne sheets with capellini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cottage cheese with Ricotta cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I skip Parmesan and add a dash of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3ut4uaE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">Fresh Basil Pesto Genovese sauce from Seggiano<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>This post contains affiliate links.&nbsp;If you click on a link and make a purchase, I may get a commission.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of slicing a big filet, I use 3 oz of Smoked Wild Alaskan Salmon Pieces and Trims from Trader Joe's.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I follow Jamie\u2019s cooking method except the timing for adding Ricotta cheese which was added along with pesto sauce before turning off the heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miki's Cooking Method<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Saut\u00e9 smoked salmon pieces in olive oil with baby spinach, chopped green onion or dried onion chips, a pinch of lemon zest, pepper, and salt.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set what\u2019s in the pan aside on a plate once they\u2019re heated. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook capellini only for 2 minutes by adding enough boiling water to cover them and a pinch of salt in the same pan used for saut\u00e9ing the smoked salmon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When capellini is 80% cooked and the water is mostly gone from the pan, add ricotta cheese and pesto sauce along with the saut\u00e9d salmon mix and heat for about 30 seconds.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off the heat, squeeze on some lemon juice, and serve.
