The beautiful expansive park-like garden was the perfect spot for a picnic with my niece, her husband, and their three-year-old son.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About Jindai Botanical Garden<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Website: <\/strong>https:\/\/www.tokyo-park.or.jp\/jindai\/about.html<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sitting right next to Jindaiji Temple, the&nbsp;Jindai Botanical Garden&nbsp;(\u795e\u4ee3\u690d\u7269\u516c\u5712,&nbsp;Jindai shokubutsu k\u014den)&nbsp;is at the edge of the&nbsp;Musashino&nbsp;plateau just above Jindaiji Temple in&nbsp;Ch\u014dfu, Tokyo,&nbsp;Japan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It extends across 425,433 square meters, and each of its thirty areas features varieties of one kind of plant. (More on Wikipedia: <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jindai_Botanical_Garden\">https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jindai_Botanical_Garden<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reasonable Admission<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As of January of 2024, admission costs \u00a5500 ($3.50) for adults, \u00a5200 ($1.40) for children, and \u00a5250 ($1.75) for seniors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mikikosmado.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/matsudas-jindai-botanical-1024x724.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-204\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>My niece's husband drove us there in his van, and it took about 20 minutes from where I was staying. When they came to pick me up from my place, I was holding a plastic cup of cold drink in my hand. When my little grand nephew saw that, he reached out to pull down the cup holder in front of my seat so I could place my cup in it.
